Drive and Snubbing Rollers for Straight Conveyor
Kairos offer various types parallel or crowned drive/snubbing rollers to integrators and end users.
Pulleys and rollers are quoted and fabricated to customer specifications as either on site spares, or for assembly on new product.
Options include solid shaft welded to discs at each end of the pipe, power-lock or taper-lock inserts for individual shaft connection and pressed bearings into a bore at each end, secured into place either by grub screws or circlips.
Our CNC turning and milling machines ensure precision fabrication for pipes, shafts and keyways.
PU lagging of drive rollers is conducted in-house using our pulley moulds, vacuum chamber, and high temperature curing ovens.
Other options for lagging include smooth or diamond cut rubber, or PVC grip top belting.
We ensure that the balancing, concentricity and run-out of assembled shafts adhere to global engineering standards.
